I realize it is very difficult to find carers who will stay at a “job” for a long time. It would be perfect if we have one permanent carer “on” one permanent carer “off” but this day and age, it cannot be. So our provider is a wonderful organisation who will do their utmost best to find suitable carers me our mother. She is thriving, so we all are content with that. If a person required more than four visits a day, social services would rather place that individual in a care home than have them remain in their own home.
